Veterinary Facility
Normally off-limits to the public, Huxley Palezoo's vet facility is state-of-the-art. At the cutting edge of veterinary science and technology, we are a pioneer in the field - of course paleoveterinary medicine didn't exist until recently! We strive to provide the best possible medical care for our animals.
The main room is big enough to fit a Triceratops, though our very largest animals get house visits. There are separate rooms for aquatic animals and smaller, active animals. We have laboratories for various medical procedures, including blood chemistry and radiology. We have recuperation wards tailored for different groups, such as pterosaurs or carnivorous mammals. The vet facility is also the home of our oldest animal, Lazarus the dodo.
